Todays cocktail was inspired and created by Hemingway and was introduced into recipe books in 1935 as a relaxing drink that comes with a kick.
- 3 Tablespoons Absinthe.
- 3/4- a cup of Champagne/Sparkling wine.
- pour the Absinthe into a chilled flute shaped glass if you have it.
- pour champagne/ Sparkling wine into flute till you start to see a milky/cloudy look in flute.
